Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 28, 2025

At Dreamscapes Entertainment™, we operate with transparency and creative integrity. Our refund policy reflects the reality of artistic labor, digital replicability, and the collaborative spirit we bring to every project.

General Policy

  • Refunds are rare: In most cases, especially where deliverables have been provided, refunds are not available.

  • Case‑by‑case discretion: Consideration of a refund is reserved for rare, extenuating circumstances and will be evaluated individually.

Physical Deliverables (Merchandise)

  • Refunds (if considered and approved) are only issued upon the successful return of the item.

  • Dreamscapes will reimburse return shipping costs when proof of payment is provided.

  • Instructions for where to send returns will be provided if and when a return is authorized (as our merchandise is drop‑shipped).

Digital Deliverables (Downloadables)

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the replicable nature of digital merchandise, it is not plausible to consider returns or refunds once a download has been delivered.

Services

  • All services require a 40% non‑refundable deposit.

  • Estimates are provided before work begins. Once an estimate is accepted, an invoice is issued, and the 40% deposit is applied.

  • This deposit reflects the labor and creative energy invested into your project.

  • Dreamscapes offers a satisfaction guarantee:

    • If you reject the final project, you will not pay the remaining 60%.

    • You will not own or retain any materials sent to you if the final project is rejected.

    • The 40% deposit covers the work completed regardless of acceptance.

Plain Terms Summary (Human Terms)

This section is written in everyday language so anyone can understand it. It is enforceable and relevant for determining the intention behind this Refund Policy.

  • Refunds almost never happen: Once we’ve delivered something, it’s usually final. Refunds are only considered in rare, special cases.

  • Merch returns: If you bought physical merch and we approve a refund, you’ll need to send it back first. We’ll cover the return shipping if you show proof.

  • Digital stuff: Downloads can’t be “returned.” Once you’ve got it, the sale is final.

  • Services: We give you an estimate first. If you accept it, we issue an invoice, and you pay a 40% deposit. That deposit is non‑refundable because we’ve already put in the work. If you don’t like the final project, you don’t pay the remaining 60%—but you also don’t get to keep or use the materials.

  • Bottom line: We value fairness, but we also value the labor and creativity that goes into every Dreamscapes project. Refunds are rare, but when they happen, they’ll be handled with transparency and respect.
