These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are the covenant between Dreamscapes and our community of creators, curators, sponsors, and audiences. By stepping into our universe through dreamscapesent.com and affiliated services, you agree to journey with us under these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from engaging with Dreamscapes’ platforms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into agreements with Dreamscapes.

• Dreamscapes Entertainment™ does not sign minors to the label or enter into contracts with individuals under the age of majority.

• Promotional and other services may be provided through parents or legal guardians acting on behalf of minors. In such cases, all transactions and agreements are conducted exclusively with the adult parent or guardian.

• By engaging with Dreamscapes, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to participate in our offerings.

• Artist representation and mythic promotion

• Playlist curation and cinematic distribution

• Event production and sponsor engagement

• Creative submissions and brand amplification

User Responsibilities

By joining our orbit, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or submitting creative works.

• Honor intellectual property rights of Dreamscapes and fellow creators.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

• Avoid misuse of services, including unauthorized access, data scraping, or disruptive conduct.

Intellectual Property

• Dreamscapes’ branding, visuals, and mythic narrative assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Dreamscapes’ content without prior written consent.

• Creative submissions remain the property of the submitting artist, but by submitting, you grant Dreamscapes a limited license to use, promote, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

Payment and Monetization

• Certain services may require payment or fees.

• Paid pitches and promotional placements are treated as consideration fees, subject to transparent reporting and compliance standards.

• All transactions are processed securely through authorized third‑party providers.

Termination of Services

Dreamscapes reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if:

• You violate these Terms.

• You engage in unlawful or harmful activity.

• Required by law, regulation, or sponsor agreements.

Limitation of Liability

• Dreamscapes Entertainment™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

• We make no guarantees regarding outcomes of promotions, placements, or sponsorships.

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Dreamscapes services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

In addition to these Terms, your use of Dreamscapes’ software, platforms, and digital tools is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA sets out specific rules for software usage, licensing, and restrictions, and works in tandem with these Terms to ensure clarity and compliance.

Importantly, the EULA also governs limited licensing policies and intellectual property ownership policies where relevant. This means that any rights granted to you for use of Dreamscapes’ tools, platforms, or creative assets are strictly limited, and ownership of Dreamscapes’ intellectual property remains with Dreamscapes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Changes to Terms
